Adorable, squeaky-clean two-bedroom condo in Tampa Bay area, one short block from the Gulf of Mexico. Address is 114 16th Ave., Indian Rocks Beach, Fla.
The condo sleeps four and is in a five-unit building on a quiet residential street. There’s a small kitchen, private carport, and downstairs private entrance. Phone, cable, wireless included. There’s no pool, but you get to use our two kayaks! Building is walking distance to shops and restaurants, as well as intercoastal waterway boat ramp and Indian Rocks Beach park. Park has ball field, tennis courts, basketball and a skateboard ramp.
Upon checkout, you’ll do your own squeaky-clean cleaning, or pay $100 for cleaning service. Pets allowed, but then must use cleaning service, and add $50.
