Years ago on a family trip to Key West we noticed dozens of places claiming to have the world’s best key lime pie. Naturally we tested as many as we could. We found that some pies truly are much better. We collected recipes from all over. We came home and conducted extensive taste tests and bake-offs. We are auctioning off the result of this extensive work, one of the world’s best key lime pies.
