Wine Sipping Evening
Apr 25th
Patrick Donovan and I, Kitty Follett, would like to offer to host a “Wine Sipping” evening of wine, cheese and crackers. We will be sampling and drinking our own homemade wines. Our wines are very low in sulfite (about 1/5th of commercial wines), have no chemical flavor enhancers, and though young, they are wonderful according to those who have sampled them.
Reds: Vieux Chateau du Roi, Valpolicella, Chianti, Brunello (Borolo), Shiraz, Bergamais (Beaujolais Nouveau), upon request we may sample a Cranberry Chianti (sweet stuff)
My French spelling is worse than my English, sorry.
Whites: Pinot Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Bordailles Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Johannisberg Riesling
